These are some of the questions our reception team are most commonly asked.  These are here for your guidance but for a more specific answer please do not hesitate to contact reception on 0118 964 4600.

 

If I join as a member, can I bring guests?

 

Members are welcome to bring guests to swim by signing them in at reception and making payment of a guest fee.  We are a little more cautious when admitting guests to the gym as we need to be satisfied that your guest has sufficient gym knowledge and experience to be able to use the equipment safely.  Therefore this is at the discretion of the Duty Manager. 

 

Guest fees are £8 for adults and £4 for juniors, students and OAPs.

 

I am considering your Aqua Plus Family package.  How many children are included?

 

The Aqua Plus Package provides for 2 adults and any number of children of the same family permanently living at the family address.

 

What is the charge for babies?

 

There is no charge levied for babies and small children before their fourth birthday.  Children are then charged at junior rates up until they are 18 years of age.

 

I would like a membership package for just one adult and a child.  Does that mean I have to take out the Family option?

 

No, the membership packages quote are just the standard option.  We are happy to quote on request for any combination you would like to propose.
