By becoming a member of the Health and Fitness Club at the Sports Complex, individuals can swim in the splendid 25m pool, benefit from the wide range of up-to-date resistance and cardiovascular equipment in the fitness suite, or join a variety of exercise classes that offer something to suit all tastes.

Our large modern sports hall can be hired by clubs, teams, schools or individuals for sports such as football, cricket, volleyball, basketball, netball and badminton. The pool is also regularly used by Reading Swimming Club, local junior schools and a scuba diving club.

For children, our swimming lessons, holiday programmes and birthday parties are always popular as they offer the opportunity to learn something new, play with friends and just have fun.

In our therapy centre, qualified professionals offer clinics and beauty therapies for those needing a treatment or some pampering.
